You don't get it..it is bone,right side is sore along with sore rt tonsile and sore rt part of neck!? - sore neck running
This has nothing to do w / sore throat. After the bone problem, tonsils and throat problems. Fever and very tired!

The pain of the tonsils and neck pain and glands usually means an infection. Fever and fatigue and infection. You need antibiotics.
